A diamond in the rough, our team purchased this house from a distressed seller and created a win-win scenario. This project started by removing all the junk the seller left and then gutting the house to the studs. The layout of this house was poorly laid out. The one and only bathroom was on the main floor and both bedrooms were upstairs. This house also had a beautiful spiral staircase to the attic. We finished the attic space into an office/living area, added a bathroom on the second floor and made an open concept main floor plan. The kitchen use to be at the back of the house but we moved it to the front.
