Balaclava

This vinyl sided 2 story house featured 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The value-add we brought to this project was adding a second full bathroom on the main floor, relocating the laundry from the basement to the main floor and relocating the kitchen to create an open concept main floor plan. We used a neutral paint colour and flooring throughout to create a modern feel.
