  • A: Each project is unique based on the scope and size of the renovation. Bathrooms can be turned around as quickly as 1 week, and kitchens can be 3-8 weeks. There are a lot of variables, we will provide a more concrete schedule at the start of your project.

  • A: We highly recommend it, but we understand sometimes this isn’t possible. We can work with you to move furniture to different rooms temporarily or cover them in plastic as a last resort. It is a lot quicker to work in an area with no obstructions, but we understand this isn’t always possible.

  • A: Yes, we are fully insured, and our employees are covered under WSIB. Safety is our top priority.

  • A: We are based out of London, Ontario. We offer our service to homeowners as far as 1 hour away from London.

  • A: We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and wire transfers.

  • A: Once we finalize the design process, we will apply for a permit on your behalf. Depending on the scope of work, city inspectors will inspect the project at various stages to ensure compliance.

  • A: Yes, although we don’t advertise as a design firm, we have the experience to help you design your kitchen, bathroom, or basement to best suit your needs.

  • A: Yes, we do. We take great pride in our work and back it up with a 1-year warranty on workmanship and along with the manufacturer warranty for all material used on your project.
